Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
